Cross Cultural Relationships
Missionaries report that their number one struggle is relationships. Whether those be cross culturally or with team mates the strain can often seem an impassable road block. Our team desires to help remove obstacles and help advance relationships.

Adapting & Abiding
As missionaries in each stage of ministry face unique challenges we hope to encourage and walk along side to ensure longevity. In order to ensure healthy families and marriages a little maintenance is necessary now and again. Our team of veteran missionaries who have faced some of the same challenges are here to help the missionary family navigate those difficulties.

Re-Entry, Exit, and Transitions
Debreifing allows a chance for each family member to process past success and failures and bring into focus the areas that matter most. The goal of debriefing is to help missionaries and their families integrate and process their experience, address any trauma or stress and provide support through their transition.

Emotional & Spiritual Counseling
The ministry can be a lonely place especially on the other side of the world. We offer a safe and confidential space for cross-cultural workers to get support from a perspective of understanding by veteran missionaries who have been there.
TCK’s
"Third culture Kid” refers to the unique blend of child’s home culture and host culture. TCK’s often develop a unique third culture that combines elements from both cultures. This can be such a special perspective that stays with them their entire lives, however it can also present some challenges that are difficult to navigate. Our special program includes event the youngest missionary members. Our desire is to see the WHOLE family healthy and supported in the task of cross cultural work.
Our Week- long Missionary debrief is designed to provide transitioning missionaries with a comprehensive and supportive environment to reflect, process and share their expieriences. This program helps missionaries transition back home whether on furlough, a field change, or permanently.
This debrief is personal and confidential and the program is designed for one family at a time. We provide lodging on campus in one of our comfortable 2 bedroom apartments. Sessions for couples and the whole family will be in the mornings including some separate sessions specifically for school age TCK’s. The schedule allows for ample free time for families to recharge and spend time making meaningful connections. We are conveniently located near Springfield and Branson, MO. Recommendations can be given for activities in the area.
The cost for a couple is $500.00 + 50.00 for each child for the week
