Kidd Family October Prayer Letter

Kidd Family October Prayer Letter

Dear Friends and Co-Laborers in Christ,

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16b It has been very evident to us that there are many praying for us. For that we are incredibly grateful.

We have been busy these last couple months traveling to various churches. We have had meetings in Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maine, and Minnesota. Our desire as we visit churches is that God would use us in some way to be a blessing, but inevitably every church we have been to has been a great blessing to us. Church calendars are busy, especially toward the end of the year. As I call churches, I would ask that you pray that we will be able to fill in the gaps in our schedule. We have not lost sight of the goal God placed on our hearts of being fully funded within the next 14 months. We are currently at 23% and praising God for that!

One of our stops was at Clear Fork Baptist Church in Albany, KY for a Missions Conference. During the daytime, we worked on a Seedline project. Over the course of just a few days, over 20,000 Spanish John/Romans were assembled!! It was exciting for us to see the excitement of the church in accomplishing this goal. These Scripture portions will eventually make their way to Bolivia. Please pray for the financial provisions for these portions and tens of thousands more to be shipped and arrive in Bolivia in January.

As many of you already know, we live and travel in an RV. Due to various reasons with our family dynamics and much prayer we felt that this was our best option. However, our RV is not strong enough to tow the passenger van we had. Again, after much prayer, we placed our van up for sale. God sold our van and brought a replacement 8 passenger minivan our way. He also provided a tow dolly just 6 miles from where we bought the van. This is a great answer to prayer as we can now park the RV when we get to a location and drive the van to the places we need to go. It is awesome to see God work and bring things together!!
